By purchasing a class, membership, or product from our website, you agree to the following terms:

• Bookings: Class spots are limited and confirmed only upon payment. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may not be able to participate.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may reschedule at least 72 hours before your class. Missed sessions are non-refundable.
• Membership Use: Members agree to follow our safety and studio guidelines. Shared space must be respected.
• Studio Access: Access is limited to the hours and level in your membership plan. Equipment use is included; materials and firings are charged separately unless otherwise stated.
• Handmade Products: All ceramics are handmade and may naturally vary in size, glaze, and form.
